To increase awareness, educate, and promote action-focused strategies for policy change and community connections through community-organized leadership, training, and culturally appropriate services.

The Sustaining Families Initiative provides expecting mothers and caregivers of children 12 months and younger in Cuyahoga County with workforce development, housing support, and wraparound services designed to strengthen maternal and infant outcomes and promote long term family stability.
The Faith Movement provides faith leaders with tools and resources necessary for developing Mental Health Ministries aimed at reducing the stigma of mental illness and investing in the important role of spirituality in the treatment and recovery process.

YEP is an Out of School Time (OST) initiative that focuses on improving school climate, leadership, academics, and social-emotional learning in youth and families. Participants engage in 3 core areas: Social Emotional Learning, Academic Enrichment, and Health & Wellness.
